‘‘Mission Dream Job’’

The Bavarian Bank , BayernLB is looking for young "bankers" to hire. But that's not so easy as the profession's image has suffered in the past. The idea was to position BayernLB as one of the "most attractive employers in southern Germany" in order to recruit young talent. The core of the campaign takes a humorous tone which is now being played out nationwide, the social experiment "Mission Traumjob". (All kids were casted and were informed of the experiment) The blogger, journalist, writer and presenter Ronja von Rönne takes a look at 5 to 7-year-olds and their career aspirations. Of course - firefighter and astronaut are more common than a banker.
